Social Media Use

• If I post a picture on my own social media that you want to share, you must use the social media's built-in reposting features to share (such as posting it to a story, reposting, or embedding), then also provide credit in the post (e.g., 📸 @gknaill). You are not allowed to do any editing to my picture before posting, even with the social media's built-in editing features, or to download/screenshot and reupload my pictures to your own social media account. This applies to all social media sites and to both personal and commercial accounts.

Non-Commercial/Personal and Commercial Use Licensing​

• Fill out the form below. Your license type will be determined by me.

• Non-commercial/personal use is for use in areas where you will not be receiving any form of payment

• Commercial use is for use in areas where you will be receiving payment, even if it's not directly wth my photo (e.g., on a blog post which is locked behind a subscription, on a news website with advertisements, etc.)

• You must provide prominent credit and a link back to my website/social media (e.g. Photo by GK Naill at www.gknaill.com)

• You may request any photo, but your ability to use my photo is entirely up to my discretion. If it is approved, you will receive a non-exclusive, single-placement use license to use my photo ONLY where you stated you were going to use it in the form. You must make another request to use it in more locations. Pricing will be based on the information you provide in the form.​
